10-12-09
The new frontier of piracy will cover books and magazines from the end of 2009. That’s right! The only thing is that it comes to electronic books and digital magazines. The new software piracy will be developed following the launch of the new technology was launched on the market from Amazon over 100 (hundred!) Countries of the world including Italy from 19 October 2009. This new technology allows you to read the books through a special “book” Digitale size of a palm of hand and that does not suffer from any kind of reflection of the sun, precisely this lack of reflection is one of the strengths of the new technology whose name is “Kindle.” It remains an issue of laptops (and computers in general) than the burning of the eyes caused by prolonged use of the monitor to read texts that are online books, online magazines, blogs and more. Just the fact that the new technology Kindle not by any vision problems (it’s like reading a normal book) there will be a huge spread among the masses.
Consequently, as with any successful technology, there will be a huge demand for electronic books and plays on the black market of software piracy. In this way, even the manufacturers of books impact with the difficult world of piracy when faced daily the “theft” of the finest digital books published. Of course the producers of the latest digital book will seek by every means to protect content with security mechanisms and copyright control at the forefront, but as has happened to all the technologies listed, hackers will very probably the best! Here starts the currents of thought, as during the emergence of Napster, some will say that the piracy of books helps the book market, others say the piracy of books instead of killing the market for books, until you get to a situation of “upgrading” in which it will be understood that the piracy of digital books helps the knowledge of the books themselves and hence the sale. Everything as it was for the piracy of MP3 songs or movies in DivX.
You may wonder why only now we can develop this kind of piracy of books. The answer is: “Imagine a book that you download from the Internet, in a completely illegal: Would you have the patience to print fully? Endure the inconvenience of a printed book (as it would be much more cumbersome for a real book)?
What is certain is that in the coming months we will see in person what will happen with regard to this “new frontier of piracy.”
